Privacy, data and your account

Ask for a copy of your data, correct something, or ask what we store: privacy@onzy.app. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Delete your account

You can do it yourself, with no sign-in, from the account deletion page. If you can still sign in, Settings → Delete Account is quicker.

Billing and subscriptions

Questions about a charge, a refund, or cancelling: support@onzy.app. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancellations are handled in your store account, not by us.

The email address on your account
What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
Your device and browser (for example "iPhone 14, Safari")

Onzy is a productivity and motivation app. Its coaching is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and we can't provide clinical support.
