You can delete your Onzy account and everything in it from this page. You do not need to install the app or sign in.
Still able to sign in? It is quicker from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. This page is here for when you can't get in, or you'd rather not.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account:
- Your tasks, projects, notes and brain dumps
- Your Vibe Check history and check-ins
- Everything the coach has learned about you — your patterns, barriers and memory
- Your Spotter connections, broadcasts and shared activity
- Your profile, display name and public profile link
- Any data exports you generated
How long it takes
Your account closes immediately once you confirm. You are signed out everywhere and no one can reach you through Onzy any more.
Your data is then permanently erased after 30 days. That window exists so a deletion you didn't mean can be undone — email support@onzy.app inside those 30 days and we can restore the account. After 30 days it is gone for good.
What we cannot undo
- Payments already made. Deleting your account does not refund a subscription. Cancel or ask about a refund before you delete — once the account is gone we can't look it up.
- An active subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. Those are managed by the store, not by us. Cancel it in your store account or you may keep being charged.
- Messages and nudges you already sent to other people. Those live in their accounts. Your name is removed, but the message itself stays with them.
- Billing and tax records. We are legally required to keep invoice records, so a minimal payment record survives deletion. It contains no task, coach or health content.
- Anything already erased. After the 30 days there is no backup to restore from.
Request deletion
Enter the email address on your Onzy account. We'll send a confirmation link to it. Nothing is deleted until you open that link — that's how we make sure the request came from you and not from someone who knows your address.
The link works once and expires after one hour. If you don't get it, check your spam folder, then email support@onzy.app and we'll do it for you.
Prefer not to use this form?
Email privacy@onzy.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm before anything is removed.
