Shipped: Streak freeze — miss a day without losing your run.
Shipped: A four-step welcome tour so you're never lost on day one.
Shipped: Founding Member badge — permanent, for everyone in the beta.

Also shipped

AI coach that notices when you're about to give up, and nudges you back.
Group challenges — set a shared goal and run it with your Spotters.
Projects — break a bigger goal into steps and track them across your calendar.
Calendar — see your tasks and steps on a month view or a simple agenda.
Weekly recap email — a quiet Sunday note, not a marketing blast.
An in-app "what's new" panel so you never have to read a changelog.
Bug report button, because you found things and I owed you a way to tell me.
